Learning<\/b> to speak Spanish fluently, as spoken in Spain, has been a hard to achieve aim for English speaking\u00a0 expatriates<\/strong><\/p>

On the south-eastern Spanish coast, one Spanish language school, James Spanish School (JSS), has become a stand out success, in student progress because of its simplified learning techniques.<\/strong><\/p>

Bristol-born, Spanish educated English teacher James Bretherton who has worked out just what expats really need to learn, because the aim is to have everyday conversations with neighbours, shop staff, officials etc. not to write a book.<\/strong><\/p>

James has developed a carefully structured sequence of 50 core lessons, which prepares students for an intensive spoken Spanish course. These interactive lessons with unlimited tutor access and tests, position students to roll straight into the second part of his course,\u00a0spoken Spanish on the journey to fluency, which is the overall aim.<\/strong><\/p>

You<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>have a choice of classroom or online lesson with homework and class or online tests to learn European Spanish as spoken in Spain, not Mexican or South American Spanish dialects, to English speakers.<\/strong><\/p>

Students <\/strong>taking online courses progress as fast\u00a0or as slowly<\/strong>\u00a0as they wish.\u00a0Cramming before or during Spanish holidays<\/strong>, or moving to Spain,<\/strong> or easing back during busy times. Each streaming video lesson can be watched as many times as you like. There is no time limit for course <\/strong>completion<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0Online core lessons average 45 minutes<\/strong>. They contain the same content as hour-long class lessons, but because online students have the notes, they don\u2019t have to copy from the blackboard, which<\/strong> saves time. Spoken Spanish practice lessons average 75 minutes.<\/strong><\/p>

91% of our students do their lessons using their phones. All students can access lessons via phones, tablets, <\/strong>laptops<\/strong> or desktop computers, 24\u00d77<\/strong><\/p>
