Previously logged in successfully but now can’t get to lessons?
If you have previously logged in and accessed your lessons and now, when you click on My Lessons and now cannot see your course, look at the menu above. Does it say Log out, or Log in? If it says Log in, then do it. If your login attempt fails click here.
If you are logged in and there is no visible course or lessons, try turning your device off, wait ten seconds, then start it up again.
If you still can’t see your course, your device cache may contain the wrong information, like an old password, and is using that rather than your fresh input. So, you need to clear your cache, How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser
If you are in the My Lesson space with your name front and centre, you can see your course, click on the course name or the expand arrow. If your lesson are not visible, try the other. Please make sure you are not pressing on the blue next to “in progress” this is nothing, please press on the actual words: “core lessons 1-50 or Spoken spanish practice lessons”

Note well. There is no need to log out of the JSS system. We strongly recommend you don’t do it.
95% of our support requests are because students log out and then have a cache or cookie issue. It’s not your bank account; anyone who hijacks your JSS password will just laugh at my jokes and learn Spanish.
So, don’t log out; just shut the page. Then, when you next want to revisit the JSS site, just click on the JSS icon/button on your screen.
