Can’t log in?

To Log-in into your lesson, you MUST input your username. Please type your username exactly as it has been supplied to you. Your username is both caps and space sensitive and dots, too, if it has one.

Your username will most likely follow this format John Doe (see the space and first Capital letters only) or john.doe (see the little dot)

Do not repeat, do not use your email address. Log-in attempts with email addresses fail.

If you have forgotten your User Name or password, click here and follow the instructions.

Password – to choose a new password, you MUST make it 12 characters with a mixture of upper and lower case ( a A,) numbers (0-9) and at least one symbol.(?@#$%%& etc).

Please write down your proposed password and check that it meets these requirements.

If you input a new password that does not meet that requirement, the system may ask you for a stronger one. Be patient and makes changes until it’s happy. If you don’t, you may be locked out.

Or, with some devices, if you input a password that does not meet the requirements, it may accept your input. But there is a trap. It won’t save your weak password. It will still look for the very complex default password; you don’t know what that is.

Enter the data carefully, and check for typos before you hit submit. If it fails after the careful second input, then something is wrong. Either your username or password is incorrect. Check back to see what username and password you wrote down.

Check you do not have the caps lock on when upper case, when you thought you were inputting lower case, e.g., jOHN dOE instead of John Doe.

Make sure you are not inputting your email address.

If you repeatedly enter the username or password incorrectly, you will be locked out of the system for 10 minutes. We see records, including times of log-in attempts. The speed record is ten unsuccessful log-in attempts in 30 seconds. Not a lot of thinking time, just the same data input repeatedly. As if, somehow, doing the same thing repeatedly will get a different result.

If you have forgotten your User Name or password, click here and follow the instructions.

Or use the Forgot user name or password? Re-set facility (near the bottom of the log-in screen

If you still have a problem, don’t keep trying to repeat and repeat.

Your device cache may contain the wrong information, like an old password, or an incorrectly typed Use name and your device uses that rather than your fresh input.

So, you need to clear your cache, How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser

If you still have a problem, please try to use another browser. (If you are using Chrome, try Firefox or Microsoft Edge for instance.)
