Here are instructions on how to clear your cache on different devices and browsers:
On Windows PC’s:
Google Chrome: Open Chrome and click the three dots in the top right corner. Select More tools > Clear browsing data. In the pop-up window, select the desired time range and check the boxes next to Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data. Click Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox: Open Firefox and click the three lines in the top right corner. Select History > Clear recent history. In the pop-up window, select the desired time range and check the boxes next to Cached web pages and Cookies and site data. Click Clear now.
Microsoft Edge: Open Edge and click the three dots in the top right corner. Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Clear browsing data. In the pop-up window, select the desired time range and check the boxes next to Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data. Click Clear data.
On macOS computers
Google Chrome: Open Chrome and click the menu bar in the top left corner. Select History > Clear browsing data. In the pop-up window, select the desired time range and check the boxes next to Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data. Click Remove browsing data.
Mozilla Firefox: Open Firefox and click the menu bar in the top left corner. Select History > Clear Recent History. In the pop-up window, select the desired time range and check the boxes next to Cache and Cookies. Click Clear Now.
Safari: Open Safari and click the Safari menu in the top left corner. Select Preferences > Privacy. Click the Manage Website Data button. In the pop-up window, select the websites you want to clear cache for and click the Remove button.
Android: on Android phones or tablets
Google Chrome: Open Chrome and tap the three dots in the top right corner. Select Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data. In the pop-up window, select the desired time range and check the boxes next to Cookies and site data and Cached images and files. Tap Clear data.
Mozilla Firefox: Open Firefox and tap the three lines in the top right corner. Select Settings > Privacy > Clear private data. In the pop-up window, select the desired time range and check the boxes next to Cached images and files and Cookies and site data. Tap Clear private data.
iOS: on Apple phones or tablets
Google Chrome: Open Chrome and tap the three dots in the bottom right corner. Select Settings > Privacy. Select Cookies, Site Data, and Cached Images and Files. At the top, set the Time Range set to All Time. Tap Clear Browsing Data at the bottom of the screen. Then confirm by tapping Clear Browsing Data again.
Mozilla Firefox: Open Firefox and tap the three lines in the bottom right corner. Select Settings > History > Clear data for this device. In the pop-up window, select the desired time range and check the boxes next to Cached Web Content and Cookies and Site Data. Tap Clear Data.
