JSS log-in instructions

To log-in to your lesson, you MUST input your username. Please type your username exactly as it has been supplied to you.

Your username will most likely follow this format. John Doe or john.doe (see the little dot)

If you have forgotten your User Name or password, click here and follow the instructions.

Password – to choose a new password, you MUST make it 12 characters with a mixture of upper and lower case ( a A,) numbers (0-9) and at least one symbol .(@#$%%& etc.

If you input a new password that does not meet that requirement, the system may ask you for a stronger one. Be patient and makes changes until it’s happy.

When you have logged in successfully, please write down your username and password in your JSS notebook. You will only sometimes need it because the system remembers it for you.

If your login attempt fails click here

Note well. There is no need to log out of the JSS system. We strongly recommend you don’t do it.

95% of our support requests are because students log out and then have a cache or cookie issue. It’s not your bank account; anyone who hijacks your JSS password will just laugh at my jokes and learn Spanish.

So, don’t log out; just shut the page. Then, when you next want to revisit the JSS site, just click on the JSS icon/button on your screen.
